Novo za podjetnike začetnike – smart:up inkubator Kranj

 

The Smart:up business incubator opened it doors in the RC IKT Technology Park Kranj. It offers a unique support program intended for all entrepreneurs’ beginners and freelancers in the region. Offered services are free of charge till the end of the 2014.

Currently in the Technology Park Kranj operates 44 companies, of which 22 younger than three years. Start-up helped to create the concept of the smart:up incubator. “The purpose of the smart:up incubator is to encourage entrepreneurs beginners and freelancers  to enter the community of experienced and already established  entrepreneurs  through additional skills workshops, new knowledge, networking and counselling.” explained Mr. Domen Bole, The head of the Technology Park Kranj.

“From the very beginning of the Technology Park we have constantly tested and developed various forms of the business support. Today we can say that we have a comprehensive program of training, workshops, consultancy and co-working space, which has been designed in cooperation with the end users. Over time we noticed that the young potential entrepreneurs are afraid of the start-up word, because is automatically associated with the high technology, and therefore they do not come to us.  With the name of the incubator we would like communicate that we support small businesses, freelancers and the company in a start-up phase.”

In the incubator is available renovated co-working space for 20 people. The space and other content are available free of charge till the end of the year 2014.  During this period we are going to support 20 new start-ups, organise 20 entrepreneurial events and arrange a multi-purpose room.

The main contents of the smart:up incubator:

• coworking (renovated space for connection and integration of all interested),
• academy (educational program intended for entrepreneurs beginners with the series of lectures and consultancy for development of business ideas and a business model),
• workshops (series of workshops to build and strengthen the skills of entrepreneurs beginners),
• counselling (experienced advisers help entrepreneurs in all business categories),
• community (activities that help beginners to manage personal challenges and facilitate entry into the community of established entrepreneurs),
• package benefits (free services and benefits for entrepreneurs beginners in 2014).

RC IKT Tehnološki park Kranj je odprl podjetniški inkubator smart:up. Gre za edinstveni podporni program, ki je v prvi vrsti namenjen vsem podjetnikom začetnikom in svobodnjakom v regiji. Do konca 2014 so njihove storitve za uporabnike brezplačne.

Trenutno v Tehnološkem parku Kranj deluje 44 podjetij, od tega jih je 22 mlajših od treh let. Prav zaradi slednjih se je začel rojevati koncept smart:up. »Namen inkubatorja je podjetnike začetnike in svobodnjake opremiti z dodatnimi veščinami, znanjem, jih med seboj povezati ter jim pomagati pri vstopu v skupnost uveljavljenih podjetnikov«, pravi Domen Bole, vodja Tehnološkega parka.

“Od samega začetka tehnološkega parka stalno preizkušamo in razvijamo različne oblike podjetniške podpore. Danes lahko rečemo, da imamo celovit program od izobraževanj, delavnic, svetovanj do coworking prostora, ki je oblikovan v sodelovanju in po meri naših uporabnikov. Skozi čas smo opazili, da se mladi ustrašijo termina start-up, ki ga avtomatično povezujejo z najvišjo tehnologijo, in zato niti ne pridejo potrkat na naša vrata. Tudi z nazivom inkubatorja bi radi jasno sporočili, da podpiramo mala podjetja, “freelancerje” in podjetja v nastajanju. ”

V sklopu inkubatorja deluje tudi prenovljen coworking prostor, v katerem je prostora za 20 ljudi. Prostor in ostale vsebine so do konca leta 2014 na voljo brezplačno. V tem času bomo podprli 20 novih podjemov, izvedli 20 podjetniških dogodkov ter  uredili večnamenski prostor.

Vsebina smart:up inkubatorja:

• coworking (prenovljen sodelovni prostor za povezovanja in združevanja vseh zainteresiranih),
• akademija (izobraževalni program namenjen podjetnikom začetnikom s serijo predavanj in svetovanj za razvoj poslovne ideje in poslovnega modela),
• delavnice (serija praktičnih delavnic za izgradnjo in krepitev znanj ter veščin podjetnikov začetnikov),
• posvetovalnica (izkušeni svetovalci sodelujejo s podjetniki vseh kategorij),
• skupnost (aktivnosti, ki začetnikom pomagajo obvladovati osebne izzive in olajšajo vstop v skupnost uveljavljenih podjetnikov),
• paket ugodnosti (brezplačne storitve in ugodnosti za podjetnike začetnike v 2014).
